Hello fellow body conscious people. I've been off work for 4 weeks so far with a broken leg. I'm a self employed plaster/landscaper so usually keep the weight off easily but struggling while being immobile. So I thought this might help me track my calorie count I'm a keto dieter. Anybody who wants to be friend me to help me keep motivated are more than welcome.
