So... I was going to start on the 10th, but since I said "Hello" here the day before, I got my act together the same day  . Here's how I did (short version: Me: 4 - LNS: 0):
05/09: dinner before 7 p.m., then a light run and stayed strong when I got back home
05/10: dinner before 8 p.m., stuffed myself , but all before 8 p.m.
05/11: dinner before 9 p.m. (late run, got home after 8). I then stayed up late and put no food in my mouth.
05/12: went out late, so finished dinner shortly before 9. Will put that on the success list as well, though it's debatable and the next time I'm in doubt, I'll take away the point.

This week I gotta stop by 8. Best would be if I would manage to IF again till lunch a couple of days a week...

Keep up trying, everyone :flowerforyou: You're already winning by being aware! As long as you don't binge, even a lost point (to a handful of almonds) is in fact a success (over ice cream, say ).

Here we go: Me: 4 - LNS: 1

I did it again! Weird late night, though. Not sure anyone's reading, so will spare you of the details.

    Tonight's a new night!

Just started my plan yesterday. I expect this to be the hardest for me as I used eat something sweet and likely high calorie shortly before bedtime. I’ve decided not to eat after 7pm, only water. My brain was definitely looking for something to eat at 11pm, but I slept better than I have in quite some time.
