I need to lose about 30 pounds atm but I would like to lose more

I don't have much motivation so support and tips on what to do would be nice

    I lack motivation but have found that if you reduce your calories and stick to it, it works. I’ve been in a workout rut. But tend to drop 1lb a week if i stay within my calories which is about 1,200 per day.
    What do you do daily ?

    30 lbs? Why? Who says you need to lose 30 lbs? If you don’t want to do it, don’t.

    No one can motivate you to change. Good news is that after you get started, motivation doesn’t count for much. It’s mostly habits backed up by determination that gets you to goal.

    Calculate a modest calorie deficit, start a food diary, get a food scale and start crunching numbers. Given enough time, calorie counting works. Give yourself plenty of time to learn the process. There’s a significant calorie counting learning curve.
