Help with keto-breath? Your favourite techniques...

Heyo, so I get some pretty raunchy keto-breath. Plus side, it lets me know I'm in ketosis! Down side....ew. Metal mouth, blegh. I brush, floss, use mouth wash, do salt-water rinses, and chew sugar free gum but that only seems to help for about a couple hours and then it's back to icky mouth. I know it'll go away in a week or two, but in the meantime, what are some of your favourite techniques to battle it back? My yogurt has never tasted so suspect!
