I’m looking to find other women with the same goal- with small bone structure. I’m most comfortable at this weight. Has anyone reached it , had success and maintenance?

Thanks for the help :) please no trolling of saying it’s too low. We’re all different. I’ve been at this weight and healthy. I’m aware of body decomposition.

I’m that height and was that weight throughout my twenties. I’m more comfortable at 50 about 25 lbs heavier with quite a bit more muscle, but I looked good at that weight and it was fine maintaining it when I was very active.

It isn't trolling when people provide feedback that is disagreed with.

Your goal weight is at the lower end of the weight range for your height but the goal weight isn't underweight.

At the end of the day as we get closer to goal its body fat percentage that is important. If there isn't excess body fat to lose, lean body mass become compromised. If you know about body recomposition you'd know that you don't have to actually lose 10lb to look like you've lost 10lb.

If you haven't already look into having a dexa scan, find out what your body fat percentage and work from there.
