Not a pint a day, but I really like Halo top Vanilla Bean, and Lemon cake0

No, 1/4 of a pint maybe!
I like the Aldi and Morrison own brands which are less than half the price of Halo Top. It’s a nice after dinner treat but I don’t feel that spending 350 calories on an entire tub of ice cream would be a great use of my calories - there’s other more filling / more nutrient dense foods which I choose instead and then I have just 70-90 cal of the ice cream.0 -
Yes, I do every night! Either Kroger brand Low Cow or Halo Top. My favorite flavors are only 280 calories for the pint. You should see my freezer in the garage, lol. I stock up when they're on sale and eat one every single night.0

Don’t bother.
If you’re going to have 200 calories worth of ice cream, have the best!

Yes, many of us do.0

I don't eat it daily or weekly but do enjoy some of the low can ice cream for sure.Don’t bother.

to each their own. There are some low cal ice cream i very very much like PLUS i need volume so eating a pint that I DO enjoy and fits in my daily goal is a huge win-win. 1/2cup of the regular ice creams i like just is NOT worth it and is asking for over indulging. i'm just very rarely satisfied even a year later with a small portion of something rich and unless i'm out and can't "access" more i'll over eat.
But totally many are happy with small portions and can control themselves with ice cream in the freezer - all the power to them to chose less of what they feel is better (and a better deal) ice cream.4 -
If you've haven't tried it, put it in a bowl and give it a chop chop until it starts to soften up. It's really nice, near soft-serve texture. I will usually have one every couple weeks or so, when they go on sale.1

Not every day, but maybe once a week. I like many of the Enlightened flavors, and some of the Archer Farms (Target) ones. If you can find Halo Top strawberry cheesecake, that stuff is delicious.1

I eat a cup of Kroger light ice cream every day after dinner. I found that I prefer the texture of light ice cream better than the Low Cow version.1

Wheyhey is kinda hard to find. But it's 400 calories for the entire pint (which is a little high compared to other brands of low calorie ice cream) but it packs over 30g of protein per pint.1

I buy the bars purposely, so I won't eat a whole pint. I just have a bar. I like the cold brew chip best these days.0

I wish people didn't have to be judgey about others preferences while explaining their own
Some people are perfectly satisfied by 75g of premium ice cream (I happen to be one of them).
Other people really need volume and perhaps are more forgiving of texture differences, so they are perfectly satisfied by a pint of substitute ice creams.
Neither type is wrong or necessarily kidding themselves.
I find the sugar alcohols in diet ice creams mess with my stomach if I eat more than about 1/3 of a pint, which is a bummer. So I tend to go with lite or slow churned ice cream instead. And often would prefer a small portion of the real stuff anyway. The cost of the sub ice creams is a little off putting for me too.
But if you have the budget and prefer volume, Halo Top and the like are great choices.
I'm currently enjoying Chilly Cow brownie batter pops, 110 cals and just the right size so the sugar alcohol won't get me. But next is a pint of Talenti, one glorious serving weighed out at a time!7 -
KIMNY&@_ ITA we are all free to enjoy what we enjoy- there should be no judgements- becuase each person is an adult if you are on this site should be over 18- and free to govern our own bodies.- thanks well said-
Now I prefer- edy's slow churned BUT I do NOT have control over myself with it- I LOVE IT -however i can eat the enlightened or halo top or even the |nice cream" which is blended bananas with toppings and be perfectly satisfied with it- I will stop eating and be happy- so we each have to do what is best for us- I have 3 types of enlightened i my freezer and a container of the "nice" cream that I made with churning bananas-it just depends on mwhat i want this evening. Wish I could control myself with Edy's or Breyers or.....0 -
Has anyone tried the Halo Top Pops yet? Curious how they taste vs the regular ice cream pints.1

Yep. Started with Arctic Zero, switched to Enlightened, then to Low Cow. Addict.0

Some flavors I don't think taste very good, but I feel that way about all brands of ice cream. I really like their Strawberry Cheesecake, and Enlighteneds Movie Night.1 -
I’m vegan. I love the vegan halo top flavors, especial the oatmeal one. It’s delicious. I’d say it is an iced desert rather than an ice cream but I enjoy eating it and it fits in my daily calories alliwance so no complaints here.
Recently I found So Delicious’s new whips which are amazing. Really low on calories and taste creamy! I am eating half a pint a night right now!
Attic Zero doesn’t do it for me, it’s a bit like granita.0 -
For me, this ship has sailed. Favorite brand is Enlightened, though.0

A pint a day of Halo Top will eventually make you poop involuntarily.
