Consistency (4days/weeks) and variety of excercise or higher reps the same excercise everyday

I was training abs and want to know what gets the best results provided that my diet is clean and healthy. Would doing the same 4 exercises (planks+crunches )with higher reps each time on a daily basis get you the abs faster or would it be the short duration but more variety of excercises 7 min workout done on a 4 day per week consistency abs training get you the faster and better results

    Ab workouts don't give you abs faster, a calorie deficit does. You need to lose the fat covering the abs in order to see them.
