Day 1

I am 5 feet, and started on my journey with MFP today :)

SW - 228.2
GW - 130

I started with Walk Away the Pounds (1 mile) & have done this 2x this week. Hope to start Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred this weekend. Trying to picture in my mind a good outfit to put on for pictures (I want to wear the same thing so I can really tell the changes).

Looking forward to seeing results!

    I'm 5 feet also, SW was 208.8 ( I think)

    and my end goal is around 125/130. I'm going to wait till I get there and see if i can lose more after that.
