Hey all! I am Dee and I was a member of this site for the first time in late 2011 in order to lose baby fat. Logging food and exercise was a huge help as well as the encouragement and support from other people with the same goals. I got back down to pre pregnancy size (not weight) because I was so into fitness. I got into lifting and HiiT and that is what gave me the lean muscle mass which allowed me to weigh 20 pounds more but wear the same size jeans I wore when I got pregnant.
I was diagnosed with COPD and asthma a year ago and I just now started to get back into fitness a bit more heavily than I had in the last year. So, my goal is to get back into race mode and condition my lungs to where they once were, or close to it.

Welcome back! :flowerforyou: I'm currently recovering from an overuse injury in my foot, but hopefully in the next month or two I will be a runner chick again too!0
