Homemade Flatbread Hot Pocket

I took a store bought Flatbread, put some pizza sauce on it and then Mozzarella Cheese and Turkey Pepperoni. Then I rolled it up. You can put anything you want on it and as much (or little) as you want. It put it in my convection oven at 4oo degrees for about 15 minutes. I may try 425 degrees next time. Still playing around with a. Mine was 500 calories and very filling.

Thanks for the idea. I made a pizza with Flatout bread, 1/2 Italian sausage, tomato sauce and italian blend shredded cheese. It was 364 calories.

Did you warm up the flat bread before adding the ingredients or did you cook everything at the same time? Both recipes sound good for a menu change, so thank you for posting.0 -
