Ok workout #1 done! And I put in my actual weight. Since I'm up 2 lbs from the previously logged weight! Just to see how much I will lose!2

Day 2 done 25 mins on treadmill1

I got workout #1 in with a jog, #2 a walk in the woods and #3 a walk around town. Slow workout week for me, but the diet went well!0

Wednesdays are my 'off' days but otherwise Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday I walk 35+minutes every morning. If the weather doesn't permit, I use my exercise bike.
Monday - 35-40 minutes walking.
Tuesday - 35-40 minutes walking.
Wed - Nothing special.
Thur/Today - Exercise bike this morning and 30 min walk in this evening.
It's hard, but every day gets a tiny bit easier at least.0 -
