Logging

I work on my feet and my phone is tracking my steps but should I also log standing for five hours? I haven’t been.

    No. That would be part of your daily activity level. If you set it to active or lightly active, both your steps and standing would be part of those calories. Only log deliberate exercise - i.e. if you go for a hike or walk the dog for a couple of miles or if you are lifting weights or doing aerobic exercise.

    Nope. The steps are pretty hard to track, too. I'd just bump up your activity level in your profile and try that for a while.
