Light fasting and workouts?

Hi guys
I have to get some bloodwork done tomorrow. Just routine stuff, since it’s been a while I’ve had it done. My doctor said only water after 10 pm tonight until after the bloodwork (scheduled for 10:45 am tomorrow). Would it be ok for me to do my normal workout in the morning?
I’m sure I’ll make up for the lack of breakfast after anyway. 😌

    Sure, lots of people workout fasted. You may find you like it!

    Most of my workouts are fasted.... more do to timing then anything else. I would try your workout and if you start feeling wonky then stop.
