Anyone tried this how did it go?I plan to eat little fruit and drink for 4 days tomorrow.let me know your experiences

Isn't this basically a crash diet? I'm NO expert, but I'd think this to be a bad idea?
As I understand, for the most-part, we need a minimum of 1000 calories daily (varies by person) just to maintain healthy function. Less than that and over time, you'll lose muscle, your metabolism will slow, your vital organs will lack needed nutrients, etc. etc.5 -
As a heads up, moderators will close this thread. the forum rules indicate no encouraging very low calorie diets such as ... not eating for four days (a few fruit is still not eating).14

But is this encouragement, or just an inquiry? It might be good this person is asking, so they can get feedback (good or bad).3 -

Discussing and doing are generally considered somewhat promotional (or talking about any successs). I'ts not my call just saying i see posts like these closed by admins so giving a heads up6 -
My question, too, is what do you hope to achieve by doing this?3
