Hi, I'm looking for some friends to help motivate and support each other. I'm in my 40's, living in Alberta, Canada. I've lost 30 lbs so far and looking to keep going a bit more (10-15 more pounds to lose) and to tone up. I'd love to meet some like-minded people.

    Hi, I’m 47 from the u.k ..finding it hard to lose weight in the 40s I’m always starving! Well done on your weight loss, I’ve just upped my cardio that seems to be helping.. be even better if I could cut out cake 🍰
