Hey everyone! So I just thought I would share some of my favorite low cal foods for when I’m craving something. These are not necessarily healthy options they are just for when you’re craving something and don’t want to waste the calories. If you have any more options please share.
Mac and cheese! We all crave Mac and cheese if you don’t you’ve never had it or your lactose intolerant. I have two go to’s for this craving.
Lean cuisine Vermont white cheddar Mac and cheese 260 calories
Velveeta 2% milk instant Mac and cheese 190 calories
Chocolate/ Reese cups
Okay so I’m not a chocolate person I don’t think I’d ever just grab a piece of chocolate and eat it but mixed with peanut butter lawd! I can get into that!
Sugar free mini Reese cups 37 calories a piece
Russell stover sugar free peanut butter cup 75 calories a piece (usually not enough peanut butter inside but it works)
Pb2 60 calories for 2 tbsp
Reese puffs 160 calories 1 cup
Ice cream!
Halo top the whole pint is 300 and some calories I don’t ever eat the whole thing
Sugar free breyers usually like 90 calories a half cup
When I want something to munch on
Cereal from Cheerios to Cap’n Crunch a cup is always under 200 calories and it satisfies my munchies
Skinny pop there are so many pop corn options out there but what bag of skinny girl pop corn is 160 calories
Snyder’s pretzels 120 calories for 24 pieces
Starbucks/ coffee
So this is my recipe for a iced caramel macchiato
2 shots of espresso
1/2 cup of milk
1 oz of smuckers caramel syrup
1 cup of ice
146 calories
For my hot coffee I usually do
1 cup black coffee
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
190 calories
If you have a kurrig Walmart sells cappuccino cups that are 70 calories you don’t need to ad anything just do a 6 oz serving and oh so yummy!
Milkshake
I don’t always crave a milkshake but a while ago I found myself stoping almost every night coming home from work wanting one.
If I’m craving a chocolate milk shake or a specific flavor I’ll just have some melted sugar free ice cream and it’s about 180 calories for a cup but if I just want something sweet creamy and delicious
This recipe I found on Pinterest helped tremendously!
1 bottle of sparkling ice preferably pina colada that’s my favorite
And 3 tbsp of heavy whipping cream
The whole drink is 155 calories
Considering how many calories a milkshake can be this is pretty awesome
Well that’s all I have for now. I’m sure there’s more I’m just not remembering but hopefully these can help some of you when you’re craving something and just don’t want to waste your calories. Xoxo Heidi

I keep a box of good quality Lindor chocolates in the house. One chocolate is 70 calories. I can usually fit that in.3
