Samsung Health - to Track or Not to Track

So I have a very physical job, (stocker at a sporting good store, constantly lifting things and walking throughout the store for 7 hours straight) and I've been doing this sort of thing for 4 years now. I use Samsung Health to track my steps and exercise and when I'm working I usually have my phone in my pocket so it tracks when I walk and stuff. Should I keep what calories MFP reads that I lost due to syncing with Samsung Health? It's not a crazy number. For example today it's saying that I burned around 330 calories, but since that's what my body is used to, should I even track that? TIA 😊

It works pretty well. You could install Google Fit and compare the numbers, if you like.
Anyway, the bottom line is always what happens to your body weight, which must be averaged over several days to be accurate. But it is the bottom line (and governs the line of you bottom)!0
