    I gave up soda many years ago. Drinking carbonated water made the transition easier.

    I drink a soda only very rarely now. Maybe 2x a year. I am not tempted to go back to soda and I used to drink a shameful amount of it. I hope this helps and good luck to all of you.

    I am on a "No Soda Until Disney" kick so I am totally in! Beyond my Carbonated water machine... anyone have any tips for alternatives when you get a hankering for some cola?
