Finally off two medications

I was on a few anti psychotics and anxiety meds that made my weight shoot up like 50 pounds in two years then I just didn’t care what I ate.
Now I am about 8 months on a pescatarian diet; and with school being over with in a week I decided to use my free time exercising after work.
I am a little lost on how to start back up since I’m an all or nothing person.
I have an elliptical, rowing machine, stationary bike and weights.
Any advise on how you might of started back into a routine would be very helpful since I’ve lost 5 pounds after getting off those two meds I feel there might be a little light at the end of the tunnel.
