Back to it - weight training and gaining muscle

Hiya

I was using MFP before to cut back what I was eating, before working out that my problem is actually not eating enough/correctly! I don't really need to lose weight, more maintain my current weight while making sure I'm eating enough calories and protein.

I'm currently working out at home doing some cardio and weight training, with a view to joining the gym again when the one planned near us opens next month. I'm currently 66kg/5ft 7" (unsure what my body fat % is until I can find a way to calculate it accurately) and last night I braved a bikini to take a picture of how I look just now to compare it as I go for motivation :s

If anyone would like to add me as a friend that would be great, as I could do with support and sharing ideas with anyone on a similar plan.
