Just a quick message to say Hi. Joined about a week ago. Always tried to keep myself fit but recently after adopting a 4yo I've become less disciplined in my eating. Been way to easy to help myself to sweets when previously we never kept them in the house. Since using the app I've become lot more disciplined. Scanning my food has really helped curb my temptation to eat stuff I shouldn't. Lost about 3lbs in my first week and feel my running has come on better for it to
