Not losing weight this week

Recently I've made a lot of progress with my weight. I'm not trying to lose weight too fast and trying to make it more sustainable. I'm quite active everyday and spend around an hour running around with kids and sometimes doing other activities with them that require me being active. I also go to the gym 3-4 x per week and do weights plus cardio. I eat around 1800 cals a day, sometimes less. This week I've been on my period so I've been retaining water like crazy. I felt 5 pounds heavier. Now it's the 4th day and my period is nearly over. I weighed this evening and I'm 75.5 kg. I usually weigh in the morning so I'll probably be around a pound or two lighter. Before the days leading up to my period I was 74.4 kg and that was like 10 or 11 days ago so I'm concerned I haven't lost anything. I only had one cheat day but I made up for it. Do you have times where you're not losing much weight? I'm 172cm and very close to being in the normal BMI category.
