Anyone take CLA?? feedback please

Started taking CLA.. looking for feedback.

    I take one per meal (3 per day). I don't know-but doubt-if they've significantly effected my weight loss, but they are supposed to have some general health benefits. I'm also typically largely behind on my daily fat intake, so they help balance my macros. They're also dirt cheap.

    Good for general health? Maybe. Magic weight loss pill? Don't count on it.

    CLA is a pretty worthless supplement. What are you trying to achieve with supplementation?

    You would be better off with fish oil if you want to boost fats. At least there are benefits to DHA/EPA

    I agree; if you have to choose one over the other, fish oil is the way to go.
