Looking for someone w/similar stats

I would like to look at some other people’s food diaries that had similar stats to me, so I can see how it’s done :-)

I am 5’6”
Between 187-190 lbs depending on what day it is
I once weighed 224, then down to 164 then back up to 192.

Goal is 155

Just starting to figure out my target calorie range and I’m having a hard time.
