So for the past few months I've been losing weight at a steady rate. In the beginning I was also losing inches around my stomach and thighs but now I am still losing weight but no longer losing inches. What am o doing wrong and what do I need to change? I currently do cardio and weight training 5 times a week

Step 1 - Realize that when you are losing weight, it's from everywhere in your body (stomach, thighs, back, neck, hands, feet, etc..) so it's possible you are losing inches from areas that you aren't measuring.

Step 2 - If you are losing weight, just keep going.

Your body can take fat from anywhere, including parts that we can’t or don’t measure with a measuring tape.
