Hi
I'm Matt - I thought it was time to say hi.
I've been using MFP on a diet for around 8 weeks now. I've lost 20 pounds - from 189 pounds to 169 pounds. (I'm a 5 foot 10, 47 year-old.) I will try to lose a handful more pounds, and then eat at maintenance. I now feel the cold more, but find pull-ups easier.
I try to move around frequently, doing rowing, lifting, swimming, hiking and climbing as frequently as I can.
