Back again

Hi all, I am re-introducing myself, it's been about a year since I had any activity on here. I have made a lot of changes to my life over the last year and am ready to make another stab at tracking through MFP. i have always had success while using it! I am adding a new twist however and am following a paleo/primal/WAPF diet (some dairy and some properly prepared grains) to help with inflammation and an unhealthy gut. I just completed a Whole 30 in June and felt so amazing, then kinda fell off. I am trying to get back to the happy place I had built for myself, without the confines of the Whole30. My main goal is to keep track of what I am eating and see how it is effecting me, in hope to build a healthy and happy body.
