Hey everyone!

A friend recently talked me into signing up for a 5 & 10k race when at the moment I can't even run a full mile without my calfs screaming at me to stop at 0.8 miles. I've been using this website now for a week and I've found it really helpul. Even my diet restrictions due to being gluten intolerant are kept in mind! 2lbs lost over a 7 day period (my body was full of salt the first few days so at least 0.5 lbs of is water weight)

Just saying hello and giving my story. I'll be lurking around more here. :] so useful this website.
