Anyone else tracking Macros

I started on a macro diet about 20 days ago. So far it’s going well and I am losing weight. I was looking for others to share ideas about macros and what people are eating to hit there goals. I have a lot of protein macros and am sick of eating so many egg whites.

    i eat fish almost as a side dish. high protein, no carbs, good fats.

    I have been tracking my macros also. I do a lot of weight lifting so I have to eat carbs for energy. So on my heavy days I eat more carbs (125g) moderate days I eat less carbs (80-100g) and on light or rest days are my very light carb (5-50g) days. Saturday is my cheat day I will eat maybe 5 grams of carbs but lots of red meat and pork. But I keep my protein around 240 grams everyday. I will eat enough good fats (except Saturday) to give me around 2000 calories a day. This is my method of macros and it is certainly not the best...you have to experiment with your macros to fit your lifestyle and what keeps you feeling the best on a calorie deficit... If you are loosing.
