50 Lbs lighter and the odd muscle appearing.
Taken 2 yrs, maybe with another year or two someone will say “hey, do you workout?” :)

But who gives a *kitten* when you’re 64 :(

That's the swear filter, lol. Also, you really don't look 64. Nice work!

You look great! Fantastic job. The first time someone asked me if I worked out, I was totally stoked so I get where you are coming from.

I'm a little annoyed that my beard is almost completely grey and yours isn't lol.

You look great, am also curious what you're lifting and program you're using. Keep it up.

@tomjanecourtney, looking good and young enough to be your son. I’m 64 too, it’s a good place to be so let’s enjoy and be role models for the youngsters. Keep marching forward!

Knee, shoulder and back injuries mean I have to avoid the traditional exercises.
I go for form and higher reps rather than weight.
Can’t flat bench (shoulder injury) so I do 30 and 60 deg inclines with 24kg dumbbells, 3 to 5 sets of 10, 5 on a good day. And similar on decline.
No squats (knee injury) and no deadlifts (weak back)
I do 3 different each of Chest, Shoulder, Back, Bicep, Tricep, abs and what leg work I can manage each week, being careful to balance push and pull.
Once per week I reduce the weight and do 100 reps over 4 to 6 sets all body.
    Keeping my P 50% F 20% C 30% ratio averages over each week.

Sorry but my hairs the same, practically no grey :)

I’m 64 in October, planning on wearing a T shirt with
    ‘When (scored out) I’m 64’
    as the song goes :)
