If you want to reach goal weight for a specific event, this is the challenge for you. Join up anytime, say when you want to be at goal weight (and why), and give updates on how you are going, daily or weekly. Lets do this!

So I will be seeing my long distance Love of My Life on January 26 2020 (actually that's the date I'll get on a plane, I'll see her 2-3 days later). I'd really love to reach goal weight by then. If perchance I don't make it, I will DEFINITELY want to reach goal weight by 1st July 2020, the date we shack up together.
I have 19.6 kg to lose in either 261 or 418 days which corresponds to 75 or 47 grams per day. Both are achievable.1 -
