Wondering how many calories to increase for a longer day? Right now my days are close to 16 hour days and my calories are right at 1400. Soon my day will be 18 hours or a bit longer and I'm wondering if I should bump my calories to 1500 or even 1600?
My long days will be a mix between working and school hours. Working is Mix of sitting and walking (lab environment). School will be similar mix some days in a classroom, other days at clinical locations.
Is there a way to determine this without wearing a FitBit or similar device?
