Daily Nutrition Goals change?

I was just wondering if anyone ever changed their Daily Nutrition Goals? I've been following what MFP told me to do so far with great results (This really is a fantastic tool :smile:) I have recently changed my work out routine and I'm - for the time being at least - focusing primarily on weights and I have read somewhere that your protein intake needs to be increased. Currently it says to get:

Carbohydrates 150 g 50 %
Fat 40 g 30 %
Protein 60 g 20 %

Should I carry on just following that or does anyone think it would be worth swapping the numbers around while I'm focusing on the weigh training?
