Can anyone please help me figure out how many calories are in a small kofte kebab with salad in a wrap? From a kebab shop.

    All kebabs are created differently, so it is impossible for us to know. A picture with a size reference (like a pencil or something everyone knows the size of) might help along with a detailed description of the ingredients. We can at least help you estimate and teach you how to estimate yourself by breaking apart the item into ingredients and logging that way, or by finding a similar item from a restaurant that posts calorie counts.
