I noticed the last few days i have not been eating enough and each day my pressure has been going up. I have high blood pressure but its going up. I just dont feel hungry. I am going to have to try and eat snacks to see if it helps.
I read that not eating enough can raise your blood pressure as much as 30 points. Has any member had this happen to them or know of any information on it.
Thanks

Huh? That's odd. In my case not eating enough tends to make my blood pressure drop. It's the first time I heard that not eating can raise blood pressure.
Maybe a visit to the doctor is in order? Blood pressure going up without a clear reason tends to be an indication for that visit.6 -

If you want to delete:
In the web version of MFP, click "flag" below your initial post, then "report" then "this is my post and I want to delete it".
In the Android app, click on the three dots near the top of your intial post, then report, then "this is my post and I want to delete it". I'd guess the iOS app is similar, but I don't know for sure.1
