I've been out for a while but now I'm back. Since my last visit lots have happened. I was in the process of a separation last time I was here. Since then I've moved to sunny Wales, had a motorbike accident, had leg rebuilt, put on weight ...

Here I am again.

Saddened to see many of the names I used to know no longer on MFP. However, there are a lot more new friends to make.
