My first day with you !

Hello everyone !!

So I've just completed my first day of " nutrition monitoring " with this amazing community !

Current weight : 99.6 kg
Goal : 80 kg

For now and according to the estimation I found out that a 2200 kcal intake would be the best option. ( This application estimation is a bit too rough imo, so I had to tweak it a bit )
I'll see how my weight will evolve from that.

I don't know if you are able to check my Diary but I invite you to do so if you can and want to share your thoughts !
