New here and will be entering my meals daily!! I'm a bread and sweets junkie! How can I rid these cravings? What are good alternatives?

Hey 👋 I find having some fruit when I crave something sweet helps. Or if I really want something I just work it into my calories. Calorie counting is hard to start with but once you get used to it you can still enjoy things but just in proportion. Good luck 💪🏻1
