Seeking others to follow and be followed (support and all that)

Day1 22.4 stone/Fat 37.6/Water 45.5/BMI 40.3

So I pretty much let my self go. For me it's too much sitting down in the office, too much rushed food and evenings with a bottle of wine which often ends to locating Cheese in the fridge!

I've put things in place to try to keep my self on track such as a video every 3 days of my fat *kitten* spinning around on a video which I hope to put altogether at the end to see the difference I've made or in sections of months.

I've also bought a slightly better set of scales then my old ones which are 15+ years old and often pick a random number for each days check in.

The last thing that would help is being able to check in a seeing how others are working hard to make changes in his or hers life.
