Fasting!

Hello everyone! I'm trying to lose a *load of weight for spiritual and health reasons. I've lost 6 .lbs so far in the last 3 weeks. I've read about a bunch of diets and find them too complicated to follow (e.g., ketogenic, Hflc, etc.). As a result, I decided to eat once a day (24° fasting) and that's dinner. I'd love to read from others that are doing this. I don't know if it's working yet, I haven't weighed myself and I just started. It's not as hard to follow as I thought and I don't get hungry anymore.

    Doesn't matter when you eat . If you want to lose weight you have to eat fewer calories than you burn . fasting is just one way of controlling how many calories you eat.
