Grams v percentage

Help! I’ve set my daily goals for carbs, protein and fat in grams, it constantly goes over my goal figure and tells me I still have lots left! Why is the app doing this?

    Are you synced with a fitness device like Fitbit?

    Are you adding in Exercise? The macros and calories will increase with your increased activity/exercise.

    The percentages are just for the food you've eaten so far. Base your decisions on the goals by grams and ignore the percentages until the end of the day. It's more for showing trends than for meal-to-meal decisions.
