how much weight is possible to lose in about 11 months? my sister-in-law decided instead of waiting two years to have her wedding july next year. i am about 260 right now. im hoping not to be the fat bridesmaid again. would 50 be too much?

    I don't think 50 would be too much. Shoot for 8 lbs per month (that would be 2 lbs per week) and you should be able to do that if you stick to it. :) Good luck!

    thanks. i would love to lose more but i dont think it would be possible in that little time doing it the healthy way. i was really hoping to atleast be under 200.

    I think 50 is doable, but depend on how fast you want to lose it, you might have to be pretty dedicated and learn to recognize pitfalls pretty quickly.
