Afternoon all you lovely, transforming, gorgeous, motivated people!
I was at my target weight 7 years ago but now I have well and truly fallen off the wagon.. the wagon is nowhere to be seen in fact, hahaha.
I have lost 2 stone with Slimming World, but I really feel like I'm ready to fly on my own again and use this platform to help me get back to where I want to be!
My son turns 4 tomorrow... by his 5th birthday I want to be at target (3 stone to go!)

I follow slimming world bur use mfp to keep a diary of what I ate 😊1

I'm in a similar situation, I used mfp to successfully reach my perfect weight 5 years ago, then totally fell off the wagon and gained 80 lbs 😭 I've now just given birth to my second child via c section and am firmly back on the wagon for the long haul! Planning on losing weight slowly and sensibly to avoid loose skin and binge eating! Good luck to you 😁🤞
