After trying Weight Watchers, I find I can't follow their guidelines with the points.
Coming back to counting calories, which I am more comfortable with. Hope I can get
back on track and start losing weight. I don't even care about my goal, I just want to lose some weight as I have a large amount to lose. Wish me luck.....
