Time to do it again

So at the start of this year i quit drinking/smoking, started running and hitting the gym.
went on a strict diet and lost 11kg in 8 weeks (82kg down to 71kg) started looking really ripped..starting to get visible abs

anyway, i went on holiday and got drunk every day, and ate fast food...not much has changed since i got back and i've reached the 80kg mark again.

signed myself up for a 10mile fun run next month, so im going to be training for that while on a 1900/cal a day diet. along with hulking out at the gym 3-4 days a week.

    You can do it!!! We all fall off the wagon sometimes. Just do what you know works: eating well and exercising. Good luck on your journey!
