Smoothie recipe ideas

Hi all,
I have recently struggled to keep within my calories count.
On Fridays I work a back on back shift and a 7 hours shift on Saturdays at a food establishment which is a family run business.
On Fridays I do not get time to eat between the two shifts and I struggle to stop snacking between meals.
I have tried bringing in my own snacks, and I must admit these aren’t all healthy snacks because I am trying to not cut out anything out from my diet but eat in moderation instead.
I’d brought a smoothie blender over the weekend and want to try and make a smoothie to take to work on a Friday and Saturday to keep me going until I can sit down have my dinner after work. By the time I sit down for dinner this is usually between 10:30-11:00pm. I wanted to make sure the smoothies will keep within my calories count, therefore I am looking for recipes which add up between 200-300 kcals.
My question is “are there any recipes you can recommend?”
