30% body fat to 15% body fat

I got to around 30% body fat about 18 months ago, with fatty liver, and high bad cholesterol.

About 8 month ago, I started to cut down calories, and more controlled carbs. And mornings, I'd do various detox, from Apple cider vinegar to various home made herbal remedies.

I lost around 6 kg in past 5 months with more changes to the diet.

Managed to get down to 15 % body fat. Now I'm working towards a 12% body fat with better muscle definition.

    Congrats! that's a great achievement. How did you preserve muscle mass while cutting down? Any tips?
