Try Starting With Some Basics

It can seem intimidating or overwhelming with all the tips, tricks, food, exercises, diets etc out there that people use for fitness. Try and filter that out for a period of time and focus on some basics. Understanding your dietary needs versus your fitness goals. What you need to eat and how much of it. Exercising (weightlifting) if you’re able, try focusing on some of the exercise which target the largest muscles in the body. Squat, deadlift, bench press, military press. A basic understanding of diet exercise goes a LONG way.
