    I also have just started using the app again. I lost 148 lbs and have gained 60 of it back. So frustrating. I live in Illinois and am 54 years old. I would love to lose at least 40 more pounds. I have lost 13.5 so far. I really enjoy reading the threads and the ideas others have given. Would like to be friends but for the life of me can’t figure out how to friend anyone.
