Taking Fitness Seriously

Hello everyone, I am committed this year to fitness and improving my health and strength. I am getting serious about my health after I hit my heaviest of 196 lbs in October 2018. I have been working out and started eating whole foods and now doing Keto and am currently 175 lbs. My family is heavy set and they have lots of health issues. I want to be an inspiration to my nephews and nieces and hope to change their perception about health in general. I've tried many other tracking apps and I ALWAYS come back to myfitnesspal. Been using this app since 2013 but now seriously going to stick with it.
